The sharp increase in the number of global diabetes patients has made the standardization and safety issues of insulin injection increasingly prominent. Diabetic patients need to inject insulin for a long time to control their blood sugar levels, but improper injection methods may lead to various complications. For instance, failure to change the needle in a timely manner, failure to disinfect before and after injection, incorrect injection Angle, repeated injection at the same site, and not staying for the prescribed time after injection, etc., may all have a serious impact on the patient’s health.

The harm of reusing insulin injection needles is particularly serious. It may lead to needle breakage and blockage, cause subcutaneous tissue hyperplasia and hard lump inflammation, affect insulin absorption, cause unstable blood sugar control, and increase the patient’s pain and economic burden.

This design improves the internal structure of the needle, optimizes the disinfection process, and forces patients not to reuse the needle multiple times to avoid the harm caused by the secondary use of the needle. The bottom seal function can remember the number of injections and the injection points, avoiding multiple consecutive injections at the same site. It guides patients to follow the correct injection process and prevents injuries caused by improper injections. The correct injection technique is crucial for blood sugar control in diabetic patients. Therefore, providing a disposable insulin injection pen needle with a simple and standardized injection process is the key to improving the quality of life of patients and reducing complications.
